This item is heavy and oversized. It's shipped on a pallet via freight trucking company and considered dock-to-dock shipping. Additional charges may apply if your delivery location is a residential address, requires a lift-gate, has limited-access, or calls for inside delivery. We will notify you of any additional fees prior to shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days from receipt of your order. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will provide authorization and instructions for returning your order. All returned products must be in original unused condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
What Is Your Return Policy?
To receive return instructions including your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address, please email us and include your original order number, your name and contact information, and what product(s) you are returning OR call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent to us without an RMA # will be refused.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a three and one-half (3.5) percent cancellation fee. Cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to process.
