They sent the first key knob for my Gumball Machine. My fault I did not order the right size. So I sent the key back PLUS THE MIDDLE ROD that is screws onto. Asked them to see if they could find a key knob that could screw onto the end. They sent me a email telling me they found one to fit and sent it back to me at no additional charge. They are the best and so trustworthy that I wish I could deal with them for anything I needed online. Definitely a 10 STAR Company

The part I ordered was delivered much faster than I anticipated, however I guess I ordered the wrong one, as the head of the locking nut was too wide for my lid. It's not a big deal, I have a cousin who is a machinist fixing it for me. I will be ordering more parts through this company regardless of my previous mistake.
