This item is heavy and oversized. It's shipped on a pallet via freight trucking company and considered dock-to-dock shipping. Its Perfect. Just the right size and it works Great!
Thus gumball machine is so fun for my kids. I use it as a reward system. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because every 3rd time the machine dispenses 2 gumballs. If I had gotten this for a business, I would be losing money. But my kids love the "bonus" so it works for home.
We got this for my son for Christmas and he is so excited. Works great and he's excited to collect .25 from anyone who wants a gumball.

Great gumball machine. Love it. Only wish I opted for the AC adapter, instead of the battery pack, for the lighting option. There is no on/off switch for the battery pack so it says on until the batteries die.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days from receipt of your order. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will provide authorization and instructions for returning your order. All returned products must be in original unused condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
What Is Your Return Policy?
To receive return instructions including your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address, please email us and include your original order number, your name and contact information, and what product(s) you are returning OR call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent to us without an RMA # will be refused.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount less a three and one-half (3.5) percent cancellation fee. Cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to process.
