Arrived quickly, was just what I was looking for
Was delighted with the selection and pricing of products. However the only 2 down sides to my experience was #1 when I entered the shipping address, (which was a PO Box) I was not aware that the items would be shipped UPS, (which does not deliver to PO Boxes)... when I got the email letting me know tracking information, I called to speak with someone, was told I would get a call back and never received a phone call (that was downside #2). I ended up having to contact UPS, have a hold put on the shipment and then drive to the UPS facility which is 45 mins from me. Was a major inconvenience. Now I know that they only ship UPS and will plan accordingly for my next purchase, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time for this recent order.
