The change is hard to get out and stainless steel isn't used on the tray on this model. Not sure why, if it's to save money it should be at least an option. I sprang for 1k bill stacker and it hits the plug on the rear door so I don't recommend it on this model. Last and hopefully least the door, when locked is hard to open. The door is off causing the T-handle lock to not want to pop out like it's supposed to. You have to use the key to aid on pulling it out. Yes it was professionally installed, he tried greasing it and adjusting the door the best he could help but still is difficult to open. This is my second Standard changer I bought through Gumball.com and communication has been great and lowest prices I've been able to find.
