I have completed my collection of the three Carousel machines that I wanted, I’m extremely happy that Gunball.com has personnel like “Andrew” to go above the call of duty to make sure I received exactly what I wanted.

This is great, but I was wondering on what the proper size gumball is and how to operate it without coins. Otherwise, this product is great for my kids. (Please reply with answer in comment)
There are, more often than not, times when either a gumball will get jammed or a gumball won't slide down into the spinner, making me have to shake the machine to get it to settle down in after spinning 3-4 times
